in a way, i feel sorry for him. He reminds me of Ross Perot’s running mate, the Admiral- I forget his name. Obama was just picked for reasons other than being the best, and so he’s just floundering and wandering, just making it up as he goes along. He has no clue. Of course what he was saying was that he couldn’t use it without provocation. Even LBJ understood the logic behind “mutually assured destruction.”
