When was the last time mehico launched a space program, other than invading ours?

Mexico did help out by defeating the French invasion of their country in 1863.
Imagine a 100,000 French troops appearing at the Battle of Gettysburg marching with the Confederates.
Mexicans don’t celebrate this event but Mexican-Americans do.
They call it Cinco de Mayo.
Haven’t seen much from them lately other than crude oil sales.
