Okay let’s try this again. ping take two
They did air the report on us and Peace Fresno. They opened the story with a great shot of our signs. They didn't even bother to show the war protest signs. They did show a interview with a Peace Fresno individual, but ended the piece showing Jim talking about our support of the troops, with a final shot of one of our signs. The they spent 75 % of the piece on us and only 25 on Peace Fresno.

And you all got 75% of the coverage!!!! Just like all the good news from Iraq due to the surge that is starting to leak through the MSMs’ veil of bias, maybe our FReeps are doing the same.

I missed the news broadcast, but I was delighted when the newsman began the interview by asking Jim to describe himself. He replied simply and straight forward, “I am an American”. I couldn’t hear the rest of the interview, but knew by Jim’s opening answer it would go well.
An “independent” camera crew approached us also. It seemed they had a biased agenda. None that I know accommodated them. No one I know likes war, and I wouldn’t associate with anyone that did. What these anti-war types fail to understand is that if we pulled our troops out now there would be a huge and ghastly Iraqi civilian carnage in the wake, all at the hands of Saddam type tyrants.
It was particularly nice to see another group on an opposite corner supporting the troops. They deserve a salute.
