OK I see he supports Coast Guard and Port Security. Is that it? Does Paul think there IS a War on Terror? How would Paul respond to 9/11? To the next 9/11? Would he? Does he subscribe to the “don’t make ‘em mad” approach to foreign policy? Does he never ever see an “expeditionary” role for the US Military? How would Paul handle a scenario where American citizens, in the conduct of free trade throughout the world are attacked by (fill in the blank)? How would Paul respond to a situation where numerous Americans were taken hostage?

Just asking you understand. You’ve obviously researched they guy. His statements on Iraq are similar to Democratic statements so I’d like to know how/if he differs with respect to foreign policy.

Ron Paul may "support" the troops but he sure has heck doesn't support their mission, he's extremely soft on Iran, and is a first class kook.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich--what a team!

Paul: Well, I never automatically trust anything the government does when they do an investigation because too often I think there’s an area that the government covered up, whether it’s the Kennedy assassination or whatever.

Student: So I just wanted to say, you know, we’ve talked to Dennis Kucinich and he says that he’s willing to, you know, investigate it. He would advocate for a new investigation.

Paul: Into 9/11?

Student: Yeah, into 9/11. I mean, if it was Dennis Kucinich and you, there’d be congressional support. You know what I mean? So you wouldn’t be the only one.

Paul: It’d be bipartisan, too. And I’ve worked with Dennis a lot on a lot of these issues.

Ron Paul has appeared on this guy's show:

http://www.infowars.com/alexjones.html

"In the Summer of 2000, Alex successfully infiltrated Bohemian Grove, meeting place for the global elite in an ancient redwood forest of northern California. This was documented by World of Wonder in their Secret Rulers of the World series, shown in the UK on Channel 4 and aired nationwide in the US multiple times on the Trio Network. Alex's documentary, Dark Secrets: Inside Bohemian Grove, features the infiltration plus the history of the Grove. Alex is known for not just talking the talk, but walking the walk. He combines his media presence with actual physical activism, a practice that once led to him being arrested on the personal order of George W. Bush!"

Sure sounds like Ron's kinda guy!

from the Malkin piece:

CALLER: I want a complete, impartial, and totally independent investigation of the events of September 11, 2001 . I’m tired of this bogus garbage about terrorism. Ask Michael Meacher about how he feels about this bogus war on terrorism. Can you comment on that please?

HON. DR. RON PAUL: Well, that would be nice to have. Unfortunately, we don’t have that in place. It will be a little bit better now with the Democrats now in charge of oversight. But you know, for top level policy there’s not a whole lot of difference between the two policies so a real investigation isn’t going to happen. But I think we have to keep pushing for it. And like you and others, we see the investigations that have been done so far as more or less cover-up and no real explanation of what went on.

end quote--let me repeat for those who might have missed what our "Republican" candidate said:

"It will be a little bit better now with the Democrats now in charge of oversight."

Ron Paul--Truthy Fruit!

“I NEVER FELT BETTER UNTIL I TRADED MY BRAIN FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORSHIP RON PAUL!”
[/Sarcasm off]

I find it really hard to believe that the military supports RP over all the other candidates...This is either an outright lie or propaganda.

RP will NOT defend the country, he cannot discern who the enemy is. Nor will he uphold military alliances with our allies. Further he is an anti-Semite.

In short, Ron Paul is a Fruit Loop.

RP worshipers tend to believe the Truther lies, that there are American Concentration Camps, that Russian and Chinese military forces occupy Iowa, and that mind controlling chemicals are dropped on cities via con trails .

In short, RP supporters are all the other Fruit Loops in the box.
(and there isn’t even a prize with this gang)

More Hits From the Ron Paul Experience! A delightful appearance on 9/11 Truther Alex Jones' wackadoo radio show.

Let's see:

1. He supports Dennis Kucinich's desire for a fresh, Truther-friendly investigation into the "cover up" of 9/11.

2. He goes on Truther radio shows.

3. He suggests, Trutherifically, that the US will phony up a fake attack by Iran on our troops (probably killing Americans, as we may have done on 9/11) in order to have a pretext to bomb the mullahs. So, you know, if Iran actually does fire on American warships, his supporters will know it's actually all a contrivance by the US government. (As was Iran's taking of British hostages, presumably. As was the Khobar Towers bombing, presumably.)

But he's not a Truther, oh no, and he's definitely not a conspiracy nutter or John Bircher crank. Nor is he some kind of Dogmatically Dopey Barroom Ideologue.

No, he's a Serious American Candidate with all sorts of Important Principles about Limited Constitutional Government and the Gold Standard and Suchlike Things.

Whatever. If I wanted a fruitcake candidate, I'd've supported Alan Freakin' Keyes in 2000 (or 1996, or 2002, or 2004, or any of the six thousand other times he's run haplessly for public office).

More! "Powerful banking interests" behind the creation of the American central banking system (which has no place Under Our Constitution (TM), by the way).

THIS is your candidate???
