Good for the YAF. I thought college campuses were all about diversity of ideas. Sounds like they can’t handle a little diversity. The recruiters shouldn’t cancel. They should call up the local and national media, let them know what’s going on. Then let the campus know the media are coming. That would force the campus to provide security. (Maybe take a bus to the campus, forget personal cars).

I own a small business in This God Forsaken State of California.

Just had a “Liberal” call me to ask for pricing on a job. When I gave him a quote he started yelling at me saying he could buy a new part cheaper than what I would process it for. I told him to go buy a new part. He (Liberal) tried to shame me by asking why my prices were so outrageous.

I responded by asking him to call his pot smoking, dic% sucking Congressman.

The Defense Department CAN NOT GET INVOLVED IN POLITICS per its own rules. These rules include situations like those described in the above story. The military remembers the bad press it got during the Vietnam war for reprisals against hippies (Even though the hippies and traitors deserved it).

They aren’t suing the Pentagon, they’re suing the Administration via Gates. He has the political office that oversees the military forces, and is the correct place to go for resolution. Congress passed the laws; the Administration is responsible for enforcing them.
