OK. I'll bite. Please describe the kind of cases you feel should keep abortion from being outlawed and explain why those particular cases could not be excluded in a law that bans abortion in general.

Aside from the obvious cases of rape and what not, you have cases like that of a friend of my brothers who had a child die of MS at six years of age. and then a second pregnancy tested positive for MS and they terminated it. Who would want to live through that twice. They now have a healthy ten year old who would almost certainly never have been born had the family had to go through the MS experience a second time.

As I see it, this is one of those cases in which the law has to be written for the five or ten percent and not the 90 percent.
