A common 100 watt incandescent bulb is 2.6% efficient. 300 times that would be 780% efficient, so you would get 7.8 times as much power in the visible spectrum compared to the total amount of energy you put in. If you get an efficient solar cell, the light would be able to power itself along with lighting the room.
