STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Sweden is in danger of becoming a recruiting center for terrorists planning attacks on other countries, it was reported Monday.
At least 20 Swedes, most with suspected links to Islamic extremists, have been arrested world wide on suspicion of terror since 2001, The Local reported.
Sweden’s security service, Sapo, said the country could be used to recruit, finance and plan attacks elsewhere, The Local reported.
Swedes arrested for terrorist activities since 2002 include Mirsad Bektasevic, jailed for eight years in Bosnia, and Oussama Kassir, suspected by U.S. authorities of helping set up a terrorist training camp in Oregon.
Two other people convicted thus far under 2003 Swedish terror laws were found to have aided Ansar al-Islam, a Sunni Islamist terror group in northern Iraq, The Local reported.

It seems that all of Europe is at risk of becoming terrorist bases. Most of the European populations continue to shrink while most of the Islamic populations continue to grow in the same areas. Europe as we presently know it is getting an identity change because of this continuing trend.
They lack verve, seem a little subdued today.

- Scandinavia/Sweden is indeed a marvel. Ask me, I’ve lived there for 37 years so far.
But, WHY is Scandinavia one of the best functioning parts of the earth?
In one word;
Capitalism.
Scandinavia is the proof CAPITALISM works.
Despite what Socialist might wish to tell you, Nokia and IKEA has little to do with Socialism.
Let’s speak the truth of a country like Sweden.
Our wages are way higher than they are in the US and people live in very, very nice houses and often enjoy expensive hobbies and can afford yearly luxury trips abroad.
The average car in Sweden is a Volvo V70.
However, the politicians are awful and the MSM are even worse. But these things could be altered.
With names like Achmed and Mohammed, rather than Nels or Eric.
With one of these perhaps.
