It’s not really about Mitt (or Hillary or Obama). It’s about their “draft age” kids. The person asking Mitt the question thinks that a survey of parents of soldiers should be taken before engaging in military attacks on countries, and that the decision to attack should go forward after some specified plurality approves of the measure.
