The author is so full of crap. Particularly using Rudy as an example - Rudy sure hasn't moved his position, because his is as much of a liberal as Hillary.
And as far as platforms are concerned - the Democrats are continuing to move LEFT. The only "center" shift is in the facade they put up around election time when they pretend to be more conservative. There is no shift in platform to the right for them. And the farther left they move, they drag the Republicans with them- thus the reason for the rising % of RINOs in the party.
If it ends up being Rudy vs. Hillary, Michael Bloomberg might as well run, too.....then we can have three liberals from New York running for president.
