I caught most of it but not all. The gist is that some items were leaked to Novak during the Carter administration that said in case of war that admin. was ready to give up Seoul, Korea and other U.S. allies. I.E., throw them to the wolves; the terminology was “cede” them. Typical lib surrender-monkey strategery.
