There are plenty of articles about the U.S. financing or building the infrastructure of Mexico. Just google spp infrastructure mexico.
Cuellar’s bill is for that purpose. Too bad NAFTA was such a failure. It should have pai d for Mexico’s infrastructure not the poor American taxpapyer.
The bill involves Mexico. The SPP involves Mexico. Just as I thought. Sounds serious.
