My son is in charge of the DI's at the MCRD in San Diego. He said that 5% to 7% of the volunteers are physically unfit to the point that they have to let them go.
That said, a draft would probably have at least 25% physically unfit. Too many DUers sit in mommy's basement eating pizza.

My initial training unit (3 months, one-station, combat specialty) lost over 10% to stress fractures and suicide attempts.
