Hunter is a U.S. Rep, not a Former Republican Governor of an Ultra-Blue Liberal State like Mass.
But you are right. Hunter has it all. I've said it before, but I think he'd be a great VP for a term or two, then he could run himself...16 years of Conservatives in the White House would be very nice.
I think Duncan Hunter would make a great Secretary of Defence, not VP, in the Thompson administration, actually, along with Newt Gingrich as Secretary of State.
