He purposely transmitted the AIDS virus to homosexual men all over North America because he was angry he had it.

What exactly is it that differentiates a “crime” from a “hate crime?”Hate crime attempts to define the "thought" behind the crime and punish the individual for thinking that way.
Frightening, isn't it?
You can almost see the world the Democrats want to build, where you can get arrested for a non-government sanctioned thought.

Knowing the “Hate Crime” legislature will be vetoed anyway, if I were a Pubby Senator, I think I would add an amendment that would make it a “Hate Crime” for someone to kill the unborn -— just to see the RATS squirm. What other reason is there (but a hate crime) to kill the innocent!?!?
