Fred Thompson has not declared he is running yet. I guess if he decides by the speech then we can say 4 democrats and a Republican. Fred Thompson MIGHT be our next president. Mitt Romney kicked his butt in Iowa.

The Ames straw poll?! I’m originally from Kelley, a “suburb” of Ames, and the straw poll means nothing! It’s a fundraiser for the state GOP wherein candidates pay for the tickets and bus in supporters. It’s about as valid as Ron Paul winning an online poll!! LOL
