Good grief, Ford is trying to win over Markos while it is so clear that he just hates the guy. Tough spot to be in.

Really, this segment is pretty good at showing the difficulties the dem party faces in the upcoming election.

Gregory reading some ugly things Markos wrote about HILLARY!

Then shows HILLARY! pandering to the Kos convention.

She’s the front runner, says Gregory. Gonna change your mind?

LOL. Markos says she is a wonderful, warm woman and that doesn’t come across.

I must have been living under a rock for the past 6 months because only recently did I become aware of this daily kos website and its’ ‘’popularity’’. I suppose the libs have just given up on talk radio.

Unfortunately I have had the miss fortune to accidentally click on several times. I prepare the dose (day in the life of President Bush photo thread) twice a week and search Yahoo news for photos unfortunately Daily Kos often crops up in the news articles. Foolishly I have more than once clicked on it. Needed a shower after-wards though.

From wikipedia

June 7, 2005 article in The Washington Times reported that from 1998 to 2003, Ford took 61 privately funded trips but did not file travel-disclosure forms with the House clerk for the trips as required by the chamber's ethics rules until August 2003. Ford's office called the late filing of the reports a "mere oversight," since Ford had filed the required financial-disclosure statements for the trips as they were taken.[36]

Had he been a Republican, he'd be in worse shape than he is.

LOL

Perhaps if they keep on repeating what they believe, they will convince each other and switch sides and start all over again.

And they call the VP secretive 61 trips not reported sounds more criminal than secretive.

"scared that they're getting painted into a looney left corner by folks like the Kossacks."

Precisely. Covering for the left.

Chris Mathews did a preemptive srike about candidates health records, cancers, etc...about which we all know with one exception: Fred Thompson.

Both of these NBC loons should stamp their foreheads with 'Olby Made Me Do It'.

Hmmm, Gregory wants the low turnout in Iowa to be a bad sign for Pubbies.

Chuck Todd, no friend of Pubbies, points out that this is the first year they have required an Iowa ID and that two of the biggies weren’t even there.

Of course I should have added that I forgot is no defense one can say you cannot remember but an oversight or forgot to do is still breaking a code or a law. As you say if a Republican Ford would have been pillowed for this indiscretion (if one can call it that).

As I said before with things like that how they can attack the VP for not disclosing certain things, things in his case that he does not need to disclose is beyond me.

Be interesting to see how Timmy on Meet the Insane comes down on this one. Will he be the good party loyalist, or will he be the wild eyed Kosite he really wants to be?

I think Timmy may have orders to take out Kosie boy like he did Richardson a few months ago. Be fun to watch, too bad I am at work

It’s always all about David Gregory, isn’t it? His boss can make him go to Employee Assistance Programs for counseling.

Because in their intricate mythology, they believe that only they are good and we are bad, snugs. And the good don’t have to comply, because they meant only good.

(Is this or is this not sounding like a distorted version of what some liberals believe Catholicism to be?)

THIS WEEK (ABC): Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., and Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio; actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

Leonardo DiCaprio???

Hollywood "stars" are legends in their own minds - they think they have "the foremost opinion" on most any topic when they become rich and famous. Then they use their soapbox to "preach" to all the little people, which they believe are stupid and uninformed.

If he was alive today, I imagine Curly Howard of the Three Stooges giving his take on things in our time...

"Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk!"

Gregory and the bunch jump on the “revive John McCain” bandwagon.

Duffy agrees that it is not impossible for him to come back because the Pubbie field is so weak (really, he said that).

It takes money “to come back” and let’s face it...McCain ain’t getting any.

They make David Gregory (in for Russert) look almost normal.

They let the jowly faced English Bulldog hide (so that he wouldn't have to anger the nutroots) and brought on the rabid miniature poodle?

Talk about taking one for the team!  I guess since Tony's been marginalizing and effectively keeping him from getting his quota of sound bites that he's not as valuable to NBC anymore.
