It was disappointing to me that the results from the Iowa straw poll probably won't cause any Republican to drop out. John McCain was the biggest loser there, but I don't think he is going to get the message yet.

Of course, I could be wrong. I thought I was wrong once before, but I was mistaken.

Garnering less than 1% of the Iowa vote and no funds to speak of as well as his past political baggage and recent flip flop on immigration, McCain’s massive ego won’t let him let go. Even the media’s tepid encouragement about his chance for a comeback won’t work either.
