I think Murdoch plays both sides of the fence - like many astute businessmen do.

I don’t know.

I am only aware that he apparently owns a few media outlets that are deemed “too conservative” by several critics.

What I find most intersting is that the Raleigh N&O is generally what I would consider a more-to-the-left newspaper. Could this be a case of the dems “eating their own”?

I don’t consider myself to be the “black helicopter” or “microwaves coming from your TV mind control” paranoid type. But I do tend to be more sensitive to stories that are (what I see as) manipulative.

I already see Edwards for the phony type he is.

I just find it interesting that a newspaper will shine light on certain stories about certain individuals, while remaining silent on others.

He is not a conservative. Notice how carefully they described him...conservative media mogul. This could mean that he is an owner of conservative media. He is a business man and saw a niche which resulted in FoxNews....which is nowhere near as conservative as it once was. I think he supports Hillary.
