I am sure she felt the same way Suzy Kolber felt when Joe Namath started slobbering on her. She was probably first a little confused and thinking “What is he doing?”

Namath was a drunk ex-jock who actually made me feel sorry for him when he did it. Just pitiful and sad.

Chris Matthews makes a blood sport out of stabbing people in the back and slandering him. There is no level of embarrassment or humiliation that might be heaped on him that woud give me pause.

That was my first thought. Reminded me of the drunken Namath incident. Maybe if they'd been in the same room, Crissy would have asked for a kiss.
