How many other identities does he have? How many SS# does he have? How many UI and Workmen's Comp checks is he ripping-off? How many EITC refunds did he scam? How many fraudulent voting registrations does he have? How many times did he vote illegally?

And how many others have just as many aliases and criminal records?

Hightower also had knife wounds to her face and arm, which authorities say may have been inflicted by a machete.

Illegal alien monsters, Maybe they'll let him out on bail...

Why, when somebody is ordered deported, are they not escorted to the nearest airport and put on the next flight back to wherever it is they came from?

The system is broken, along with dozens of other systems that are supposed to control the bad guys in our population. Much of the system’s “broken-ness” has to do with siphoning resource from those to fund feel-good social experiments and other projects that have swollen the size of government at every level. And the problem shows no sign of letting up. In the midst of absolutely mind-boggling increases in revenues to the federal coffers we continue to spend more than we bring in. Two decades ago we got into financial trouble when the economy went into one of its normal slumps, but now we’ve gotten to the point where we’re having those problems during the boom times.

The system is so badly broken it can’t protect us from the spate of heinous crimes being committed by the most brutal of criminals. Our officials have failed us, miserably.

I don’t know the answer. The system is so big and so broken that it’s going to take years to turn it around, if it can be turned around at all. And during those years we are going to see more and more examples of the system’s inability to function.

Sigh.

Of course-—that’s the point in raising the issue here.

We are being ripped off by a huge illegal criminal element.

These animals have no compunction about breaking our laws and killing US citizens.

Anyone in Congress who suggested we give these scumbags a “path to citizenship” should be impeached.

They are.........but they sneak back in using another identity.

Many do, no doubt. But many are never deported. They are ordered deported and they simply disappear.

Ever time you see that wonderful dedicated certioff of home land security I just get a warm fuzzy feeling, knowing he's working day and night with Jorge to keep American's safe.

Then reality sets in and I get the urge to kick his sorry good for nothing rump. Why this jerkoff is allowed to keep his job is beyond me, other than trash like those above wonder around the country makes jorge happy.

Oh well maybe Linda Chavez will be able to rip off a few million more donations to help these poor illegals. Really hope the pubs tells this woman to go on down the road.

Even if that is the way the system is “supposed” to work, it’s so broken that simply can’t function. The paperwork and red tape involved makes it impossible for the system to work as it should. Frequently the custom people aren’t even notified that an illegal has been picked up, regardless of the severity of the crime.

It’s an acutely self-limiting problem though. At some point it will reach the point where it can no longer be ignored and then what could have been handled with some reasonable steps will require truly brutal steps and those steps will be applauded by the population.

The government will not contract until the mass of people demand it do so. It will take a concerted political movement over the course of several elections, because our elected officials will be resistant to change.

Right now the general assumption is that bigger is better, and the goodies the government hands out are worth having at the price we are paying. This assumption has to be changed. It has to be common prevailing wisdom that smaller is better, and that every time the government hands something out, it has to kill ten things that are more worthy to do it.

This new set of assumptions is going to have to be built up over time, and maintained for a generation, if the Government is ever to contract.

Or, if not impeached, at least turned loose in Newark at night to be tortured and cut with a machete.

The system is broke because the demorats see more voters. There are a bunch of republicans that would sell their sole for cheap labor.

It's broke because they don't want it fixed. What's a few thousand dead Americans compared to new voters and five dollar an hour labor.

Well, now this explains why the first apprehended turned himself in so publicly and obtained a lawyer. He would be a witness that would easily be disposed of by the cold blooded killer that actually pulled the trigger. Now he will be a witness. All of this is so sickening and disheartening. No life can ever be given back to these children, no son or daughter back to their mother. No country back to it’s citizens. Who will stand up and say this loud and clear enough that it MUST be answered by those politicians and lawmen that want these criminals ‘brought to justice’ but refuse to acknowledge or admit their own participation in this crime?
