I was wondering what is your position on major tax reform such as what is proposed in HR 25 (Fair Tax).
Yes, I am an original co-sponsor of the Fair Tax. Its attractiveness is manifested in the $250 billion + savings that Americans will enjoy from relief of the tax bureaucracy and also will solve the double taxation problem that penalizes American exporters. This will result in a reduction of the trade deficit, and increased American jobs and profits.
