That just might be the dumbest thing Vick can do.
He has already been found guilty in the court of public opinion.
He has lost endorsements and time in camp and is facing a lost season.
A jury trial would be the lead item on the news and 24/7 fodder for discussion on ESPN, ESPN2, etc. for as long as the trial goes on with repeats on the hour.
Vick needs to get his name out of the news and start having a "Come to Jesus" attitude ASAP if he ever wants to have another NFL paycheck.
And a SCLC "Stand by our Black Man" endorsement isn't doing him any good either.
I agree w/ you. The only way he gets back is to put this behind him asap(anything short of jail is a win at this point)nnd spend the next two years rebuilding his name.
Then he might have a chance at retribution
Living in the heart of Virginia, and listening to Richmond TV&radio news, including this morning's news, I can't imagine 'local news' having an informed opinion on what Vick and his attorneys may or may not do.
