Bet ya the UN troops are there primarily to prevent Israel from invading Southern Lebanon in case of another Hezbollah attack. I never bought that they were there to prevent Hezbollah from rearming.

yeah it'd be nice if Israel finished them off once and for all, but articles like this once a week or so for the past couple of months is all I can see of their "preparations" &c.
