I don’t particularly care for Mike Savage ... but here’s to his right to speak his mind.
Personally - I think Savage is a borderline lunatic. He’s occasionally right on issues - but is FAR to angry, arrogant (a continual on-air reading of his resume is simply not necessary), and hyperbolic and generally paints a bad picture of conservatives. He’s kind of a wind-bag, has a bizarre manic-depressive streak in him, and seems to think he’s the end-all-be-all of conservatism. He has a tendency to overstate his case, generally rant and rave, and eventually go off the deep end on virtually EVERY issue (for instance, protesters - no matter how retarded their opinions - are not engaging in treason). In my opinion, he reflects poorly on conservatism.
That being said, his show is entertaining nonetheless, and this is a victory for liberty, freedom and conservative values - no matter your opinion of Savage himself.

I agree with every word of your post.
I am not a Savage fan, althogh I listened to him daily on the local show through 2000. His hyperbole about Y2K just did it for me, and, well, I don’t have to go into it again. I think he does throw a bad light on conservatism, although he’s got the right idea on borders, language, culture.
But. What the Stupes did was unconstitutional and they should all (except Ed Jew) be unseated immediately. Newsom included.
