JERUSALEM – Newly installed Israeli President Shimon Peres has quietly drafted a plan for the Jewish state to evacuate and transfer to the Palestinians nearly the entire West Bank and several Arab Israeli cities located within territory that is undisputedly Israel's according to the international community, WND has learned.
The West Bank is strategic territory that runs alongside Jerusalem and is within rocket range of Tel Aviv and Israel's international airport. It is home to many biblical Jewish communities and some of Judaism's holiest sites.
Peres has presented his initiative to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and to top aides for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas the past few weeks, after he took office as Israeli president last month, diplomatic sources in Jerusalem told WND.
The official role of president here is limited largely to ceremonial matters; the president does not create foreign policy.
Olmert is mulling over the plan and agrees with much of its contents, the diplomatic sources said.

What are you arguing for, an expulsion of Palestinians from the West Bank?
Could this proposal be due to demographic/voting reasons? The high Arab voting population in these areas may threaten general Israeli elections to the distinct disadvantage of Israel. A majority vote nationally could be now be controlled by these Arab dominant regions if there are enough of these votes. Maybe the reasonable approach to controlling their own country is to get rid of the Arab vote that might tip balances having to do with Israels survival itself. Not many Jews in Saudi Arabia. Many Arabs are citizens of Israel and granted religious freedom as well as full voting rights there. Israel may be dealing with the demographic/voting threat in a realistic way. Any thoughts on this from anyone?

Regarding what I'm arguing for: Ideal Solution: get all "Palestinians" into neighbouring Arab countries. Let's see how hospitable the Arabs are to their palestinian "brethren". More realistic approach: link all existing jewish settlements into a cohesive territory which will be permanently Israeli and behind the wall. The remaining "palestinian" territory can do as they please, but are kept down from attacking Israel by constant Military pressure. If they attack an appropiate response should follow.
They are simply looking for a way to appease the Palis and to bolster Fatah compared to Hamas, now that the two are openly at war over Hamas' taking over Gaza. It is dumb and would not work, but that is all the motive there is to it.
A better approach would be to immediately blockage Gaza and prevent all entry of anything. But they instead sit and take daily rocket attacks, and let the agencies ship in food money etc to support Hamas and their new subjects.
The only thing I can think of is that Israel is so fatigued it is trying to buy some time to catch its breath. A very dangerous gamble.

Those Israeli Arab cities will NOT be given away. The Arabs will fight tooth and nail to stay Israeli.
Actually, it might be a clever propaganda gig, have Israeli Arabs protesting on TV all over the world NOT to be denaturalized.
I find it odd that this story was written on the 13th and hasn't been plastered all over the feeds.
I also find it odd that worldnetdaily is the only source listed in all the other stories concerning this - hmmmmmmmm.
