It’s been posted many times before by morons who do not understand that 1994 was 1994 and 2003 was 2003 and that nine years had passed between 1994 and 2003.

Thanks, I guess that is why it didn’t come up on a search.

Ever hear of 9/11?
Of the increasing power of non-state actors in a post-Cold-War world?
Of assymetric warfare?
Of al-Qaeda calling Iraq the central front in their war against the US?
Of al-Qaeda calling Iraq the capital of their new caliphate?

You need to understand:
When it’s someone you like, it’s an intelligent reassessment of changing circumstances.
When it’s a guy you don’t like, it’s flip-flopping.

That was THEN; this is NOW.
What don’t you and the left wingers understand about that simple statement. People that are preoccuppied with this 13 year old video have problems.

So? There is also a 1994 video of Al Gore clamoring we didn’t topple Saddam Hussein. Time, circumstances and opinions change.
IMO Cheney was wrong back then (although we should keep in mind this was during Toons presidency). We should have finished the job during the Gulf War. I understand the grave problems this would have created because of the Arab coalition we had back them, but still it IMO would have changed the course of history for the better.
We have finished now the business with Saddam, with a decade long interlude, but the fight RIGHT NOW is against Al-Qaeda in a post-911 world and a next front looming against Iran.

A. Had never seen it until this morning
B. Not obsessed with it
C. Why does it upset you so?
I’ll check your reply later, have to head out for some appointments.

LOL, no, flip-flopping Kerry changed his mind from one week to the next depending on what the enemy in Iraq were doing and what the MSM were writing.
Big difference.

It never ceases to amaze me how the left will trot out things such as this 1994 video of Cheney, but continue to ignore what their own side was
saying about Saddam and WMD before Bush even got into office.
