If a veteran FReeper like me sees "hate" in some of those posts -- and I do -- then imagine how they'd be interpreted by somebody who has never seen FR before.
Part of being a grownup is harnessing your "passion" so as not to cause more trouble than you can handle. Too many FReepers have either forgotten, or never learned how to do that.

The post you refer to I read as sarcasm. If we start labeling all opposing view, especially views opposing the MSM’s, as hate, we are playing the liberals game.
Well, I (no doubt like many others) DO hate Hillary, Schumer, Reid, Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Edwards, Obama, and Kennedy and I especially hate what they do to our great nation. So I suppose there is some truth to what he said.

Do not know who the station is. CASA Maryland urged people to picket Minute Men’s homes. So, I surmise any positive posts for the minute men were hate to them and any posts against illegals are hate.
It’s all part of the vast right wing conspiracy don’t you know? This site is about as far from a “hate” site as any I have been on and that includes genealogy boards and hobby related sites. Have O’Reilly & this bozo ever even been on the internet or to this web site and read even one thread? I bet not. Anything I have ever seen on this site that was questionable in any way has lasted a very short time and the poster has received reprimands from many other posters even in the short time the post is up.

This is actually one of the “cleanest” site on the web, and probably the main reason I frequent it.

Well now, this is Maryland, I think. That MAY not be the case. It may more be a “minority prejudice against the majority” kind of thing. Wasn’t something said about “Casa Maryland” (whatever that is)? It sort of implies “immigration” or “illegal alien” differences.

I’ve been posting here for over 5 years, and I just don’t see the hate of which you speak. Yes, I’ve seen newbies show up, post things that are inappropriate, and then they are banned. But that’s about it.
Pop on over to DU, etc., and be sure to take cover as the F-bomb flies over there every hour.
And for the record, I am a grownup.
I’d love to see a list of these hate-filled examples from you or anyone, really.
