Good. I.C.E. knows where she’ll be, arrest her and deport her. So why didn't they arrest her in Chicago?
She was under sanctuary in a church.
1. Are other criminals in Chicago allowed to seek immunity from our law in churches?
2. Didn't she have to exit the church and enter a vehicle?
