The Texas City Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a child believed to be kidnapped.
Police are searching for 1-year-old Nicholas Strother, a Caucasian male with brown hair, brown eyes, and a heavy-set baby body.
Police believe he is with 23-year-old Bruce Johnathon Strother, a Caucasian male who is 5 feet , 8 inches tall, and weighs about 155 pounds.
Police say the suspect was last seen driving a blue 2004 Toyota Camry, with Texas license plate number X42 KDC. Strother was last heard from in Texas City, located in Galveston County.
Authorities believe the child is in grave or immediate danger.
Police say if you have any information regarding this child, call the Texas City Police Department at (409) 643-5760.

Couldn’t it be that this man really loves his kid? We need more details.
“Bruce Jonathon Strother, stabbed the missing child’s mother and abducted Nicholas Strother. Bruce Strother is also a registered sex offender.”
I thought to give him the benefit of the doubt until they catch him, but if this is the case then screw him.

(8/18/07 - TEXAS CITY, TX) - Authorities are searching for a man who they say abducted his young son after stabbing the child’s mother.
The mother, Nicole Vasquez, had numerous stab wounds and was in surgery early Saturday morning, said Texas City police Capt. Brian Goetschius.
Authorities issued an Amber Alert late Friday for Nicholas Strother, who is about a year old. According to the alert, the child is believed to be with his father, Bruce Jonathon Strother, 23.
On Friday evening, Vasquez was visiting Bruce Strother at his Texas City home when they got into an argument and authorities say he stabbed her.
She then ran to a neighbor’s home for help and Bruce Strother left with the child in her car, a blue 2004 Toyota Camry with Texas license plate X42KDC.
Police say Bruce Strother is a registered sex offender.

A man is guilty until death, once charged.
A woman is never guilty when a mother.
Texas City is a long way from Fort Worth, and both are right smart from San Antonio.
Sounds like a domestic dispute.

The Texas City police department and the State of Texas cancelled the Amber Alert on Saturday morning after the child was found safe. The suspect is still at large.
Nicholas Strother. a white male, 10 months with brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect is Bruce Jonathon Strother, a white male,5’ 8”,155 lbs. 23 years old with brown hair and brown eyes weighing 155 pounds.
The suspect vehicle is a 2004 Toyota four-door car that is blue in color with Texas license plate number is X42-KDC.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Texas City Police Department, 409-643-5720 or dial 911.
