Actually, I think she could have been arrested anytime during the past year. Is church sanctuary written into our laws? I think this is more a case pf PR and fear of public reaction than a literal, legal sanctuary.
If I broke the law over and over, they would throw my sorry butt in jail, they would not care about my 3 kids. Yet this obnoxious woman is flaunting our laws in our face. With her "You can't touch me attitude", she has stated that she will incite an uprising. Once they let her get to LA it's all over and she won. We're screwed.
