I think the CA GOP has turned the corner here. McClintock is receiving praise from a lot of swing and independent voters in CA. People are waking up and realizing the truth.

I remain convinced that we lost Congress in 2006 more due to spending like drunken sailors, and too many ethics violations by Congressmen, much more so than because of the war in Iraq. Of course, the moonbat Left sees the 2006 Congressional elections almost purely as a referendum on Iraq.
