Too bad a passenger couldn't stand up and say, "I'm armed" and shoot the sonsuvbitches in their tracks...

Disarming able bodied and willing passengers is exactly the WRONG thing to do....
Those should at LEAST be issued a baseball bat or 8 inch knife.....

It may produce pandemonium, but several hijackers could be "subdued" quickly by about 100 armed passengers...
