I agree with your assesment of the ACLU and their position. Perhaps when she returns, illegally, to the US, they can deport her along with her son so they can be together.
I don’t think we should break up families when illegals give birth to children on US soil. Taxpayers will be more than happy to buy all minor children airplane tickets to whatever country their illegal parent is being deported back to. Then, when the kid reaches 18, he can come back if he wants.
