Israeli forces stormed Entebbe Airport and freed all but three of the hostages, killing all of the kidnappers, 45 Ugandan soldiers and destroying 11 Ugandan fighter jets in the process. All this was done by a team of only 29 Israelis, who were hundreds of miles from their borders with no possibility of reinforcement or backup. An amazing story.
