HOOK-handed preacher Abu Hamza may escape trial in America after a key witness refused to testify against him. The evil cleric serving seven years in the UK for inciting murder and race hatred faces extradition to the US on terror charges.
But James Ujaama, 41, has broken a deal he made with the FBI to escape charges of trying to set up a terrorist training camp with Hamza, 49.
Ujaama fled while on supervised release from jail on lesser charges. He now faces 30 years in jail and refuses to give evidence against Hamza. Eight of 11 counts facing Hamza rest on Ujaamas testimony.
Londons Finsbury Park Mosque firebrand could be out on parole next year.

Supervised by whom?! Mr. Magoo?!
In case anyone else was wondering.
Was Ujamaaaaaaaaa jailed in UK or US ?
Ujaama's words may help U.S. win extradition
Hometown boy makes bad...
One-eyed hook-handed ping.
‘They let terrorists out on “supervised release”?’
Why not, they’ve given him every other award:
“Earnest James Ujaama (born 1966) is a convicted felon who was found guilty of supporting al-Qaeda.
Born in Denver, Colorado as James Thompson, he moved with his family to Seattle at the age of 5. He converted to Islam and changed his name to Ujaama. Washington state lawmakers declared June 10, 1994 James Ujaama Day for his community service [1], Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from Senator Harry Reid, a key to the City of Las Vegas[2], was honored by KCPQ13 as a “Special Person”. “
He is in the U.S. We let him out on “supervision.” He escaped. We caught him. Now he refuses to testify against P0S Hook, who was supposed to be extradited from UK to US to stand trial.
‘Was Ujamaaaaaaaaa jailed in UK or US ?’
The US. I doubt he’d be doing deals with the FBI from a British cell.
Wonder if they’ll get him (or his wife) for welfare fraud ?
Precisely why terrorists should be treated as spies, saboteurs, or pirates and tried by military tribunals.
Yeah I remember him, too bad he might not be put on trail.
