The result: an endless civil war that the life of almost 4.000 American soldiers has received and an Iraqian government who refuses to take responsibility from his own country. “If the President is going to continue requesting who the American soldiers fight in this civil war, that the contributors spend $10 billion every month to finance this war and that the American town has patience while he directs this war, then nearest the situation in the battlefield they must give to the Congress and to the American town a report of this independent war of political influences of the White House.”

Senador Reid es lleno de mierda, or as the Dirty Jobs guy might say, "Senator Reid is full of Poo". The law requires *The President*, to submit a report to Congress. It doesn't require the Commander in Chief to allow his troops to be harrassed by Congress. It doesn't require anything of anyone other than the President.
