Mexican is not a race ... it’s an ethnicity/culture No it's a nationality. Tejanos are *not* Mexicans, even if they do share some genetics, some culture and the Spanish language with them.
Call a Tejano a Mexican and see what happens. Get back to us.. if you can. :)
Or better yet, call a Puerto Ricano a Mexican. That won't be pretty either.
