Heaven forbid that the folks who prosecuted these boys ever see a waterbug in their bathroom. I’m sure they’d find it necessary to dispatch it with dynamite. Common sense has fled the land.
It seems fairly routine for cops and prosecutors to pile on felony charges which they use to bargain for a guilty plea to a misdemeanor.
