WHTI is the Western Hemispheric Transportation Initiative.

It was born out of the UN subsidiary UNCTAD(United Nations Conference on Trade and Development ) under the tutelage of the OAS(Organization of the American States). Our politicians are so corrupted by the globalist institutions they don't even try to come up with a different name for their unconstitutional legislation formed by international NGOs. They don't even PRETEND to be loyal to the American people any more.

The Western Hemisphere Transport Initiative (WHTI) is an element of the Summit of the Americas process. The purpose of the WHTI is to provide a forum for convergence and cooperation among the Ministries Responsible for Transportation of the Summit of the Americas countries. The WHTI derives its action program from priority action areas and other directives mutually agreed-upon by the Ministers Responsible for Transportation of the Summit of the Americas countries.
