DURING the Queen of Mean's heaviest troubles, closest to her was me.

* In cards, if you lost she took your money. If she lost she'd say, "My wallet's upstairs," and never pay.
* To reduce fees, she'd promise lawyers they'd be in her will then go on to another set of lawyers.
* In Rio she stiffed a limo and driver out of a $4,000 bill saying, "He's in South America. He can't do anything about it."
* In November '86 she stole tools out of a repairman's kit.
* When their house in Barbados was robbed, she then personally removed additional possessions and hid them from the police.

What is is about Cindy Adams that she feels compelled to write this tripe about a woman who is dead? It may be true; it may not be true. What good does it do anyone? It only reduces respect for Cindy Adams.
I heard this on a local morning news show. After her daily morning swim,and getting out of the pool,still drying off,she would yell out to the staff “Feed Mama!!”, and the staff would run over with shrimp cocktail(I’m sure they weren’t the smaller ones) and feed her like she was in a petting zoo.After about 10 min. I stopped laughing and went to work.

A sort of revenge for shabby treatment of Adams’ mother. Read the article. In Adams’ shoes, I’m not sure I wouldn’t do the same thing.
