Duncan Hunter is my first choice, Thompson is my second, Romney is a distant third. I like Tancredo, but don’t think he is in the running right now, but I would vote for him in a heartbeat if he were nominated.

I view McCain and Giuliani as enemies to my party and my Republic - almost as bad the DemonRats.

Agree Duncan as first choice. Right now, I am a single issue voter, that issue being the War in Iraq. Everything else is a distant second in importance compared to the prospect of defeat.

That being defeat orchestrated by the American political class.

You need to move gun grabber Romney to the enemies column, because he is no friend of freedom.

Don't take this the wrong way, because I do, in general, like Duncan Hunter, but I can't understand how Hunter is in the running while Tancredo isn't. Tancredo polled far better in Ames than Hunter (13.7%-1.2%), is polling about the same nationally (both at 1-2%), and has raised more than twice the money ($2.8 mill-$1.3 mill).

You certainly aren't alone in thinking that Hunter has a chance while Tancredo doesn't, but the facts suggest otherwise to me. I'm just wondering if you guys are seeing something I'm not.
