Why is it, with Romney being such a liberal, that the Globe produces so many anti-Romney hit pieces?

The Globe is Mitt's hometown paper.

A candidate's hometown paper is expected to take the lead in reporting on the candidate. They should have the most and best historical information on the candidate and the best sources.

Is this the first presidential campaign you've followed?

You mean like the Crawford paper that backed Kerry in 2004? Gotta love the best sources and historical information.

Quit making excuses for The Glob.

Oh, a real zinger there, JohnnyZ. No it isn't the first Presidential campaign I followed, in fact I followed the last which featured a liberal Massachussetts politician who, unlike Romney, was not the subject of a hit-piece-a-day from the Globe.

Care to explain why Kerry got Globe puff-pieces, and Romney gets hit pieces?
