More than 170 members of the Arizona Army National Guard's 222nd Transportation Company return from deployment Wednesday.
The troops have served in "Operation Iraqi Freedom" for the last year, they left for a 12 month tour of duty in Kuwait in May 2006.
While there, they completed hundreds of missions and delivered critical supplies to troops.
The group is expected to arrive in Casa Grande around 1:00 p.m.
Currently, over 1,200 Arizona Army and Air National Guard men and women are serving in active duty in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and within the continental United States.
KOLD News 13's Mark Stine is in Casa Grande for the happy homecoming, and will have the latest tonight on KOLD News 13 at Five.
