Pic stolen from your (Fishtank’s) #14 for future use! Took a small break from reality today, but I am back!

Glad to see you're back! We need all the infidels we can get. The mods don't seem to like our crowd much! : (

They’re slowly getting exonerated. Now if they could go after the real scum in this case, I’d be so happy!

I think the story on Doc’s support for Jerry Brown was based on Brown fighting for the right of a gun club to stay open in SF. It was odd that Brown would do that, but Doc Savage was impressed and gave him $ for his campaign for AG(?)

Savage had also mentioned Brown’s support for a military academy based in Oakland (which Brown was mayor of at the time) as a reason for giving some some benefit of the doubt but 2 right moves in a political history of 1000 bad ones?

“military academy”
Might be the same story. Dynachrome’s memory is pretty iffy on stuff like that. (However, that Christmas Eve in Cambodia is “seared into my memory!”)

I have only caught the last 40 minutes or so, but I’m getting a kick out of these women callers telling Mike whether they could live with him or not.

Yoboseyo, PEOS! I know I couldn't live with him. Earlier on, when he was taking these callers who were telling him to be nicer to his competition, he told them that even his family thinks he should tone it down. LOL!

That’s the part where I started listening.

But let me ask you: do you have a guess as to who the idiot is with respect to the keywords. Looks like a repeat offender, and they are all aimed at our Queen!

I put a request into the mods to find out who our keyword coward is.

Part of my break from reality today was to see the movie “Death at a Funeral”
Very funny British comedy. Had tears in my eyes from laughing. The last 20 minutes or so were just outrageous. Lots of bad language, some nudity. I give it 3 thumbs up.

“From director Frank Oz comes the story of a family that puts the F U in funeral. “
“Chaos ensues when a man tries to expose a dark secret regarding a recently deceased patriarch of a dysfunctional British family.”

They dont want you in the elevator during a fire because the elevator might stop on the fire floor. I never heard about fire being in the shaft, though i suppose that’s a possiblity too and they dont tell you dont so as to not make people nervous about elevators.

The title has the ring of a sombre Ingmar Bergman movie.

“The reason we have lost already is because we haven’t won already”

Savage should tell that to the Marines.

Over 16,000 were killed in Patton’s 3rd Army

Much safer to be in Bush’s Army.

Bergman’s movies were always too slapsticky for me.
Death playing a knight at chess. Had me rolling in the aisle (or was that Bergman? *shrug*)
