This is such BS. If you elect Thompson you will get a pro life President. That is reality. Hilary is 100% pro abortion. Yet the media will try to convince pro life voters - who the media despise - that Thompson is not on their side because of friggin eleven year old position papers describing each side of the issue? Even before he went into the Senate, Fred's position on abortion was libertarian, which means no tax dollars for it & ultimately it should be decided by the states.

Anyone who implies that Fred is pro-abortion, as some FReepers suggested that Ron Paul was pro-abortion because he voted no on a couple of pro-life bills that would have done more harm than good to the pro-life cause, should have their posting privileges suspended.

This just tells me the man has the capacity to take an objective look at an issue and make the right decision. I don't think you could find many rats out there who could even begin to comprehend pro life position.

The net result, I now have more respect for the former Senator.
