My mistake earlier, I may have had his trial confused with another, there are far too many like it..
He is most definitely on his way then, top of the hour news says Death penalty it is.

Some are even longer. Danny Rolling, who slaughtered 5 college students in Gainesville in 1990, got to live about another 15 years or so after his sentence, before he was dispatched to hell.
Awful, isn’t it, when there are too many of these cases to keep track of?
