You are right it is a sad thing but locking up some 71 year old guy 41 years later is not justice either.
Justice delayed as Justice denied is a two way street.
(1) People who knew the defendant personally - his own friends - identified him on the scene in 1964. Oh, and that scene contained the bodies of two real human beings. They really existed. They weren’t made-up or crap.
The people murdered were human being and not crap. Again your right..
However you misstate or misunderstand.. This Case is Crap..

So the reason he was not prosecuted was a politically corrupt racist district attorney who has been in office for the last 42 years? ... Please spare us.
Has there been any action to free and or restore the rights and compensate black persons or their surviving family members arrested and imprisoned during the “corrupt” 42 year time period? .. Has there been any effort to investigate every white whose prosecution was dropped or where the defendant was found innocent during that same time?
No and that is simply more proof this is a Sham.

The evidence was rock solid and it was brought 42 years ago. And it was quashed by corrupt officials.
So this “Rock Solid evidence languished for 42 years and only now does “Justice” Triumph?
Please spare me... I do not support what they did... But this is a political trial no different than when he supposedly got away with murder in a different Political environment..
