I have not watched this series but I hear people discussing it everywhere I go.

Didn't Scarborough or someone do a stinging critique of this? Didn't see it, but heard about that too. She apparently compares fundamentalists of Islam and Christianity and sees similarities--one of the favorite dumbass talking points of the secular fundamentalists. Her object was to find common threads in the various religions, and this is what she found, apparently.

She's another Elaine Pagels or Christopher Hitchens in wide-eyed innocent clothing.

CNN's multi-part series on the cold war made a moral equivalence between the USSR's gulag and our Kent State episode. They will stop at nothing. Both of these series will probably find their way into classrooms in the years to come.

IMHO, that is their real goal, as with the horrible biography of Reagan, to have them available to propagandize young minds in the future.
