What can Calgarians possibly have been thinking when they elected this guy? Not about electing a mayor,
evidently:
Bronconnier was re-elected in 2004 with nearly 80% of the votes. Only 19% of the population voted, making it the lowest voter turnout for a Calgary municipal election.
